How We Handle Your Data

ScaleData^TM works with a variety of third-party data providers and connects them to ScaleData customers who are looking for information about businesses and individuals who work at those businesses. This often includes contact information like professional email addresses or telephone numbers.

In doing so, ScaleData^TM acts as a data processor working on the instruction of its customers per its data processing agreements with those customers: ScaleData transmits customer queries on behalf of its customers, and third-party data providers return results in response to those queries.

ScaleData^TM does not control the data supplied by the third-party data providers it works with and, as a data processor, is not in a position to delete data from their source databases or otherwise discharge the responsibilities of a data controller. If there are specific data providers you’re concerned about, we would suggest you contact them directly.

However, insofar as ScaleData^TM does act as a data controller for any of your personal data held within our own compiled records, we will delete your data as requested via the form above. Please note that this will not necessarily prevent your contact information from being made available to ScaleData customers by the third-party data providers discussed above.
